About BOTOX and services offered
BOTOX (onabotulinumtoxin A) Cosmetic is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used as prevention and direct treatment of forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines, bunny lines and neck or platysmal bands. BOTOX is also used as a direct treatment for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) in the axillary regions.
How It Works
BOTOX is a locally acting injectable neuromodulating agent that blocks the signals from nerves, making muscles unable to contract (which leads to relaxed wrinkles) and stops sweat glands from producing too much sweat.
